NAMAZ ME LOUD SPEAKER KE ISTEMAL PER HAZRAAT E ULMA E AHLE SUNNAT WA JAMA'AT KE FATAWA E MUBARAKAH

1) Beshak Namaz me Loudspeaker ka istemal mukabbireen wali sunnat mutwatira ko mitadene ki wajah se bid'at e saiyyah hai aur Ijma e Ummat ke khilaf hai. >> Muhammed Aale Hasan Ashrafi Nayemi

2) Khutbe ki halath me Loudspeaker lagane me koi harj nahi magar Namaz ki halath me Imam ko us aala (Loudspeaker) ko istemal karna durust nahi, loudspeaker ke zairye se jin logown ne takbiraat ki awaaz sun kar ruku wa sajda kiya unki namazen nahi huin. >> Huzur Sadrul Afazil Moulana Nayeemuddin Muradabadi Alayhirrehma

3) Loudspeaker se khutba sunne me koi harj nahi magar uski awaz per ruku sajda karna mufsid e namaz hai. >> Fatawa e Amjadiya

4) Loudspeaker per namaz shar'an durust nahi, loudspeaker wa gumbad ki aawaz per ruku wa sujood durust nahi, namaz me mukabbireen ka taqarrur sunnat hai. >> Syed Muhammed Ashrafi Jilani Kichocha Shareef.

5) Kisi naaz ke liye Loudspeaker ka istemal harigz hargiz na chahiye aur jo muqtadi mehaz Loudspeaker ki awaaz sun kar ruku wa sujood karenge unke namaz hi na hogi aur jo muqtadi khaas imam ki awaaz sun kar ruku wa sujood karenge unkin namaz hojayegi yehi hamare akabir ulma e ahle sunnat ka fatwa hai - sarkar mufti e azam e hind, huzur muhaddis e azam e hind, wa huzur mujahid millat wagairhm ka taa hayaat isi per amal bhi raha, zaid per lazim hai ke loudspeaker ka istemal tark kar ke tauba kare. >> Muhammed Nazim Ali Quadri Baara bankwi.

6) jis muqtadi ne loudspeaker ki awaaz per itqeda ki to usne gair imam hi ke qaul er amal kiya aur gair namazi ke waste se arkan e namaz ada kiye aur ye umoor mufsid e saalath muqtadi hai. >> Ajmal ul Ulma Hazrat Allama Mufti Muhammed Ajmal Quadri Razvi Ashrafi Nayemi Alayhirrehma

7) Loudspeaker se suni hu awaaz ki iqteda bhi shar'an baatil hai, namaz me us aala (loudspeaker) ka istemal shar'an haram, najaiz aur moujib e batlan e namaz musalliyan hai. >> Shere Behshaye Ahle Sunnat

8) Ye khadim muddate e madeed tak loudspeaker ki saakht aur iqteda ki haqiqat per gaur karne ke baad isi natije per poncha hai ke waqayi loudspeaker ki awaaz per iqteda talqin minal kharij hone ke wajah se mufsid e namaz hai, ise bar bar apne mutaddid fatawa me dalail wa baraheen se sabit kar chuka hun. >> Sharay e Bukhari Faqhi e Azam e hind Allama Moulana mufti shareef ul haq amjadi Alayhirrehma.

9) Zahir hai ke ye loudspeaker imam wa muqtadiyon ka gair hai aur imam ka gair muqtadiyon ke qaul per aur muqtadi ka gair imam ke qaul per amal karna mufsid e salaath hai, pus us aala (loudspeaker) ki awaz per jo log namaz ada karenge unki namaz na hogi. >> Mufit Mazharullah Sahab Shahi Imaam Jame Masjid Fateh Poori Delhi.

10) Namaz me loudspeaker ka istemal khilaf e sunnat wa bid'at hai. >> Muhammed khaleel kaazmi Amrohavi Ustad Allama Sayeed Ahmed Kaazi Alayhirrehma

11) Namaz me loudspeaker ka lagana khilaf e sunnat wa asraaf hai, speaker ki awaaz per jo log takbir e tehreema ya ruku wa sujood kare hain unki namaze faasid hoti hain, awwam ho ya trustiyaan jo bhi namazown me loudspeaker lagane me musir hon ya dabaow daalte hon sab ke gardanown per musalmanown ki namazwon ko barbaad karne ka wabaal wa gunah hoga, namaz me microphone ke istemal ke fitnown se bachne per 100 shidown ke ajr ki ummeed hai. >>Ahsraf Raza Quadri Mumbai.

12) Tamam Akabir e Ahle Sunnat wa Deobandi aur Ahle Hadis (Wahabi Gair Muqallideen) ka muttafiqa fatwa muta'addid baar pehle bhi shaye ho cuka hai ke loudspeaker ki awaz per iqteda e azruye ehkaam e sharah sahi nahi aur yehi sahi hai, harmain me kya hota hai aur kya nahi hoga ye koi daleel nahi. >> Waqar ul Fatawa, Mufti Waqaruddin Razvi

13) Mai aur mere mashaiq e tareeqat namaz me loudspeaker ke istemal ko jaiz nahi samajhte kyunk ke surat e mustafsira (loudspeaker wa namaz) me iqteda bimalayadkhal fissalath laazim aati hai jo ke mufsid e salaath hai. >> Tilmeez Hujjatul Islam Moulana Muhammed Abdul Gafoor Sahab Hazarwi.

14) Agar muqtadi loudspeaker ki awaaz per takbire tehreema ki bina per namaz ada karenge to namaz fasid aur wajib ul iaada hogi. Takbiraat e Imaam ki tableegh ke liye mukabbireen muqarrar kiye jayen jaisa ke Huzoor Sallallahu Ta'ala Alayhi Wa Sallam aur Sahaba wa Tabayeen wa Aayimma Mujtahideen se saabit hai. >> Janashine Amir e Milat Peer Syed Jama'at Ali Shah Muhaddis Ali Puri Syed Muhammed Hussain Sahab Qibla

15) Loudspeaker ki awaaz qaayil ki awaaz nahi jab ye kaifiyat hai to uska namaz me istemal karna aur usse khaarij shuda aawaz wa takbirat ka itteba kar ke arakan e salaath ada karna kaise jaiz qarar diya jayega, zaahir hai ke iqtedaye gair musalli wa gair mukallif ki surat mufside salaath hai. >> Hazrat Allama Mufti Azizur Rehmaat Sahab Faiz Puri Bihari Mufti e Azam Gujrat

16) Namaz me Loudspeaker ka istemal khilaf e Sunnat hai. >> Munazire Azam Moulana Muhammed Umar Sahab Achrawi Lahor.

17) Loudspeaker ka istemal namaz ke liye faqeer ke nazdeek isliye galath hai ke isme shuba hai ke aawaz asli hai ya aksi, faqeer ki naaqis raaye me ab tak uska asli hona saabit nahi. >> Allama Syed Muhammed Khaleel Kazmi.

18) Loudspeaker ka istemal waaz, khutba, azan, tilawat e Qur'an khawni, naath khawni aur khabar rasani ke liye jaiz hai, aur loudspeaker per namaz me iqteda najaiz balke jin namaziyon ko imam ki takbirat nahi pohnchti hai aur wo loudspeaker ki awaz sun kar ruku wa sujood karte hain unki namaz faasid kaladm hogi, isliye ke loudspeaker qayim muqam mikabbir aur muballigh hai aur namaz me mukabbir wa muballig ka jaamye jamee sharayet hona aur imam ka shareef fit tehreema aur shareekfil adad hona aur ahle niyyat se hona zaruri hai, aur microphone aur loudspeaker me ek shart bhi nahi payi jaati aur loudspeaker ki sada sadaye sehra ya gumbad ki awaz ke maane mai hai. >> Khalifa e Alahazrat Mufti e Pakistan Allama Abul Barkat Syed Ahmed Alayhirrehma.

19) Loudspeaker ke mutalliq meri koi zati tehqeeq nahi albatta Ulma e Ahle Sunnat ka yehi irshaad hai aur ehtiyaat usi me hai ke namaz me loudspeaker istemal na kiya jaye jo log makka muazzama wa madina munawwar me loudspeaker per namaz padhne se istedlaal karte hain unki galati hai ke makka mukarrama wa madina tayyaba me is waqt naji hukumat hai, is waqt ke afaal hargizz qabil e istedlaal nahi, najdiyon ne harmain tayyibain me tarha tarha ke khurafaat aur mazalim kiye hain aur kar rahe hai jo kisi tarha jaiz nahi, qabar qabar per najdi musallath hain, fatiha aur ziayart se rokte hai, masjid masjid najdi musallath hain, masjidown me namaz se rokte hain to kya unke afaal jaiz hain ? qabrown ki ziyarat aur fatiha khawni se roka jata hai lehaza jaiz hai hargiz nahi, usi tarha makka muazzama aur madina munawwara me loudspeaker per namaz padhne se bhi uske jaiz hone per istedlaal nahi kiya jaa sakta, ehtiyaat isi me hai ke namaz me hargiz lougdspeaker istemal na kiya jaye. >> Huzur Hafiz e Millat

20) Namaz padhte waqt imam ko loudspeaker ka istemal shadeed mamnoo, aayimma masajid ko isse ehteraaz lazim aur mutawwalli wa nazim wa arakeen e masjid comittee aur muqtadiyon per zaruri hai jis jagah imamat ke liye ye aala (loudspeaker) istemal hota ho usey band karayen. Baaz ahle ilm ke nazdeek jo muqtadi loudspeaker ki awaz per takbir e tehrima ya takbire inteqal kahega uski namaz hi nahi hogi. >> Naib e Alahazrat Muhaddise Azam Pakistan Moulana Saradar Ahmed Quadri Razvi Alayhirrehma.

21) Namaziyon ki kasrat ho ya qillat behar surat namazown me loudspeaker ka istemal bid'at hai, jo namazi mic ki awaz per takbire tehreema kahe ay uski awaz per ruku wa sajda kare mohtaat wa akabir ulama e ahle sunnat ke nazdeek ayse namaziyon ki namaz fasid hoti hai. >> Ashraf Raza Mumbai

22) Namaz me loudspeaker ka istemal jaiz nahi hai agar microphone me imam awaz dale be iske ke wo khud awaz na lega to us amal se imam ki namaz jati rahegai, imam ki jaygi to to muqtadiyon ki bhi jayegi, aur gar aisa loudspeaker ho ke uske microphon me awaz na dali jati ho farz kijiye ke wo khud le leta ho imam ke munh ke samne na ho qareeb ek taraf rakha hua ho use me awaz na daal raha ho to imam ki awaz pohanch hi na sakti ho wo loudspeaker hi awaza ki itteba kar rahe hon magar door door ke muqtadi jin tak imam ki awaz pohanch hi na sakth ho wo loudspeaker hi awaz ki itteba kar rahe hain unki namaz na hogi, ke loudspeaker ma ponhach akr imam ki awaz usse takra kar khatam hojati hai jaise gumbad aur kunwe me bolne wale awaz khatam hojati hai, pani aur gumbad ke us takraw se awaz paida hoti hai waise hi loudspeaker me aur paid hoti hai. >> Sarka Mufti e Azam e Hind.
