Take ownership of customer issues reported and direct customer toward solutions. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary Providing creative workarounds and solutions that will enable customers to continue having faith in product despite product implementation obstacles. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to product use, design and configuration. MBA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to work in a team environment Strong written english skills(Good English Speaking would be advantage) Technically sound knowledge to understand our Digital Products
