Responsibilities:

Maintaining the “office” of the Library Director – acting as a first point of contact.
Creating and managing the office management system
Organizing meetings and appointments.
Organizing events – exhibitions and lectures, among others – booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Coordinating with all concern department/Faculties for organizing exhibitions/events and lecture series.
Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Liaising with Library team and CEPT administration
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems – managing budgets

Qualification:
Graduate degree holder in any discipline. PG Degree or PG diploma preferred.

 

Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience.
Experience in organizing and maintaining exhibitions, galleries and events in University or other places is preferable.
